Reaching the right person matters more than reaching us.

The channels below are split by subject. Child safety reports have their own line that bypasses management and goes to the board. Please use that one first if it applies.

Donor services

Receipts, monthly gifts, refunds

Duplicate receipts, changing or cancelling a monthly gift, stock and DAF transfer instructions, refund requests. Cancelling needs no reason and triggers no retention process.

Schools & districts

Partnerships and nominations

For schools, districts and kinship support groups, plus roster and nomination matters at existing partner schools. We expand slowly, but the assessment process is always open.

Press

Media & interviews

We are glad to talk about program design, data, and the problems in this sector. We do not arrange interviews with or photography of the children we serve, and never have. Please account for that before pitching.

Corporate & legacy

Companies, matching, bequests

Employee matching setup, corporate sponsorship (please read the conditions we decline first), campus chapter applications, legacy and bequest language.

Quick answers

The things we are asked most

Not at present. Rosters come through teachers and social workers at partner schools, which is how we avoid asking a family to prove poverty. If your child's school is not yet a partner, send us the name and we will add it to the assessment list, and in the meantime we can help you find what already exists in your area. Kinship Bridge legal navigation is open to kinship families regardless of school partnership.

There is no promised timeline, deliberately. Entering a new district requires the existing ones to have held standard for three consecutive years. Expanding too fast is how small organisations spread themselves too thin, so we would rather be slow. If you want to move it along, the effective thing is an introduction to someone in your district, not an application to us.

We do not accept used clothing or toys, and we would rather say that plainly. The labour of sorting, cleaning, inspecting and disposing of unusable items usually costs more than the goods are worth, and a child receiving visibly second-hand things learns which category they have been put in. Used laptops are an exception if they can be fully wiped and run a current OS. Contact us first.

The warehouse, always. Come Thursday evening and you will see the whole operation. We do not arrange donor visits to schools or homes. An adult walking a visitor into a classroom marks certain children in that room. This applies to everyone, including board members.
